political ads

(Note: In an attempt at fairness, I displayed positive, patriotic photos of both candidates.)

PRO-ROMNEY ADS

Like:

Romney Religious Rights

I think this one is very suitable considering Romney is of the Mormon faith, a religion that has had its share of persecutors. Although I don't agree with his statements, this is a good one because it has that underlying subliminal message to accept him...even though he is talking about the Pope.

Dislike:

 These Hands

There are several of these floating around that are targeted in different states. I dislike all of them because they pull one sentence out of a 20 minute speech that Obama had made. The excerpt is completely out of context and I feel it is unfair propaganda.

Like:

Unshakable Record

I liked this one just for the visual aspects. I thought the etch-a-sketch theme was pretty cute and clever and will get the attention of viewers. It was a creative way to get noticed through visual and auditory methods as well as playing on a fondness that many people have for the toy.

Dislike:

Romney Ampad Buy Out

I disliked this one for two reasons. One, it was pretty darn boring. The music made me sleepy and so did the man they interviewed. The second reason is that they make it sound like Romney came in and shook the workers upside down...plundering their pockets. We don't know if he had any responsibility in the hiring or firing of the people. He may have just bought a company and let other people manage it.
